1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders over $50 (US only)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
- USA: 3–5 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
📦 Note: Delivery times may be affected during holidays or promotional periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
You can track your package using the link provided or through your Toms Grooming account.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided
- Customs or import procedures for international shipments
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it — but additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

- Please include your order number and clear photos if damage occurred.
